RTC requires experienced Business Development Managers, for the generation of new business opportunities for this world-leading approach.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• A proven track record in selling to marketing directors, brand heads, digital channel managers, creative directors and digital entertainment directors.
• A background with a consultative approach to selling. In this role RTC’s proposition provides an all-inclusive digital video solution encompassing creative services, implementation and video delivery.
• Experience within the Online and Digital Sectors and preference working in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment.
• A proactive attitude and highly organised approach with the ability to motivate, to persuade and to deal with a broad range of people including: creative resources, technical resources, client representatives and senior management from all concerned parties.
• Articulate communications at all levels, with the ability to listen intently to clients and senior management alike.
• A passion for new media and entertainment technology and an understanding of what makes good creative content coupled with examples where the enthusiasm can be demonstrated with RTC's platform.
• Educated to graduate level.
